Milestones

CEPTES has reached the milestone of 100 employees

This October when the 100th employee of CEPTES joined our team, it was something special for everyone over here. 8 years back when we started our journey from 2 employees, reaching the number 100 was one of our goals. Growth is an important aspect of our strategy from the very beginning and it is a proud moment for every CEPTISIANS.

We believe that in order to add real business values, we need to build innovative products that can take out our customer pain points and help them grow. To achieve this goal, we need the right people at the right place with the right set of expertise to deliver our solutions. Innovation and teamwork are the factors that helped us make a name for ourselves in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Reaching the milestone of 100 employees is not just another number for us, it means we are growing fast and are on the right track to achieve our target. The entire CEPTES team is extremely thrilled to be a part of this awesome journey and are proud of what they achieved as a team as well as individual contributors. We would like to say that, during our journey to our 100th employee, we were able to retain most of our employees which is something we are gratified. As a proud member of the Pledge 1% movement, we are even more captivated that we can now give back more to the community as each of our 100+ employees has pledged to offer 1% of their time for social welfare.

At the beginning of this year, we took the challenge to push ourselves and set a benchmark when it comes to product innovation. Our rapid expansion is possible because of all the 100+ trailblazers and we are looking to expand more in the upcoming months.
